The staff was amazing! Great communication, early check-in, and help with luggage made everything smooth. They even provided umbrellas and stored our bags post-checkout, great to explore further. The room offered really good quietness, and the beds were very comfortable.

alessandro gave very helpful sightseeing information with spot-on restaurant recommendations. the hotel has a great location only a short walk from the train station and some excellent restaurants. i loved the friendly staff,and i will recommend to friends.
the room was a bit smaller than expected , the corridor can be noisy because next door is close. i did not like the small twin beds at all , i did not sleep well.

The room was tidy it was also comfortable. The position is strategic the city centre is at a stone's throw. I liked that our dog was really welcome here. I thought that was very kind.
There was no lift I carried my luggage. The room was smaller than I expected I found that disappointing. The corridor was noisy the next door was very close. Small twin beds were there.
